This Fellowship is given by the Social Science Research Council , New York for the Post Doctoral Fellows. This funding is offered for short term fellowship of 3-4 Months in any discipline of the Social Science, Humanities and relevant disciplines. This fellowship programme seeks to strengthen the link between Teaching and Research and available for 20 Students supported by a grant from the Ford foundation. To be eligible for this the Candidate should be a PhD and should be currently teaching in an accrediated college of universities of Pakisthan, India, Bangladesh, Nepal or Srilanka.

This scholarship is provided by Sports Authority of India for persons in schools or colleges or universities and those who have secured first/second/third in individual events or winners or runners up positions in Team events.
If the candidate is an achiever in International/Senior/Junior Nationals/AIIU/National School of Games/ National Sports festival for women and a bonafide student in Graduate( after 10+2), he/she will be entitled to get a scholarship of Rs. 9000/0 per annum.
The National Level scholarship is applicable to the above mentioned achievers in addition to the achievers of all India Rural Sports Tournament or North East Sports Festival under the age 18 (Up to 10+2 standard). The amount of Scholarship is Rs 7200/- Per Annum.
Sports persons under 18 (Up to 10+2 Classes) can get a scholarship of Rs 5400/- Per Annum for their sports achievements in recognized state level Competitions or State School Games or State Rural Sports or In State Women Sports.
Besides this , Scholarships of Rs. 12000/- per Annum is provided to Unemployed Senior National Champions (only for women) those who are above 19 years of age and secured 1st /2nd/3rd positions in Individual events only in senior achievements.
