Applications are invited from Poor Meritorious students of Orissa those who have passed their Intermediate Examination in Arts / Science / Commerce in the year 2008 having minimum of 50% of marks in their examination. Eligible interested students can apply in plain paper along with the application format which is available at the college office indicting their profile details to the Principal of the concerned college of their undergoing graduation study so as to reach in the Higher Education Department before the stipulated date (30-09-2008) long with the asked documents and certificates.
To be eligible to apply for the scholarship, the annual income of the parents of the student should not exceed Rs.24,000/-PA. The scholarship will be given to the eligible students up to 3 years (Till completion of the graduation) and the amount of scholarship is Rs.50/- PM.

The Tirumala-Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) is sanctioning Scholarships of Rs.300/- a month to 1000 Nos of Students belonging to the below poverty line families. These scholarships will not be applicable for the students residing an studying in AP only and not applicable to the students studying in the AP residential schools/social welfare hostels. |
Applications are invited from highly motivated students with M.Sc in Physics / Electronics / Astronomy / Applied Mathematics or BE/B.Tech /M E/M. Tech with consistently good academic record to do PhD at Inter University Centre for Radio Astro Physics of the TATA Institute of Fundamental Research (NCRA-TIFR). The selection will be made through entrance test (both written test and interview). |
