The Centre for Cultural Resources and Training is implementing Cultural Talent Search Scholarship for outstanding young children in the age group of 10-14 years to develop their talents in various cultural fields like traditional art form of Music, dance and drama, painting sculpture and crafts, laying special emphasis on rare art forms. The scholarship awarded under the scheme is for two years at a time which is renewable after 2 years till the completion of the first university degree stage of education or up to the age of 20 years. The no of scholarship to be awarded is 500 nos, and the value of the Scholarship is Rs.3600/- per Year and the actual tuition fee paid for the specialized training is also reimbursed up to Rs.3600/- per year. Children whose date of birth is in between 01.07.1995 and 30.06.1999 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.

Applications are invited from candidates for the grant of ICAR-senior Research Fellowship (PGS) for pursuing PhD degree in the field of Agriculture and allied sciences for 2008-09 which is for 3 years duration.
The eligible candidates should have Master degree in the concerned discipline with 55% marks or equivalent OGPA for general and 50% of SC/ST/PH candidates. The final year candidates may also apply. The candidates should be within the age of 30 years and in case of in service candidates the age should not be more than 45 years.
